App terms & conditions
These terms cover the playnex mobile app.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. It does not require any physical or digital signatures.
No Real-Money Gaming
playnex is not an online money game. You cannot deposit money, stake money, or wager on any outcome anywhere on the platform. Points are earned by playing — they cannot be bought with money, cannot be exchanged for or withdrawn as money, and cannot be transferred or sold between users. Points can only be used to enter tournaments and to redeem items in the playnex Marketplace. We do not offer, promote, or advertise any online money game.
Acceptance & Eligibility
By downloading, installing or using the playnex app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. playnex is intended for users aged 18 and above. If you are under 18 you may use the app only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, and tournaments with a points entry fee are restricted to users 18 and above.
Your Account
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information, and you are responsible for everything done through your registered account. One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms.
Points, Tournaments & Marketplace
Points are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They are earned by playing, cannot be purchased, converted to money, withdrawn, transferred or sold, and may be forfeited if you breach these Terms. Points can be used to enter tournaments and to redeem items in the Marketplace. Entry fees paid in points are refunded as points if a tournament is cancelled. For Marketplace order issues, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
Fair Play
Cheating, hacks, exploits, match fixing, multiple accounts, harassment, impersonation, and submitting false or edited results are prohibited and lead to suspension or permanent termination. Match results are verified against published rules; our decision on a disputed match is final.
AI-Assisted Content
Some tournament descriptions and articles in the app are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by our team before publication. AI is not used to decide match outcomes, points awards, prize eligibility, or any account action affecting you.
Third-Party Games & Services
playnex organises competitions around third-party games. playnex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by their publishers, including Krafton, Inc. All game titles, marks and assets belong to their respective owners, and you must comply with each game's own terms of service.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (screenshots, profile data) and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and display it solely to operate the platform. The licence ends when your content or account is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
Termination & Account Deletion
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may request permanent deletion at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app, or at playnex.in/app/delete-account. On termination or deletion, accumulated points are forfeited.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is higher.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar. Concerns relating to these Terms must be sent to support@playnex.in.
