For organisers
Run your tournaments without running yourself into the ground.
You already have the players. What you don't have is a Saturday. playnex handles registration, brackets, room credentials and results so you can watch the games you organised.
A 16-player bracket, by hand
Most organisers we speak to spend six to eight hours per tournament on work that is not the game. Count your own last event before you believe us — if it was four, the rest of this page still holds.
01
Registration
A Google Form, then copying names into a spreadsheet by hand — and re-copying when someone drops out the night before.
02
The bracket
Drawn manually. Get one seed wrong and you redraw the whole thing while forty people wait in a Discord voice channel.
03
Room credentials
Room ID and password pasted into WhatsApp. Twice, because someone scrolled past it. Then again for the next round.
04
Results and disputes
Screenshots in DMs, and an argument you settle from memory with nothing to point at.
playnex runs the operations. You keep the community.
We are the rails, not the brand. Your org name, your logo, your rules — on every page a player sees.
A page players can find, with slots, both deadlines, entry rules, map and weapon restriction already on it. Approve or reject entries from one screen.
Single elimination, seeded by points, entry order or random. Byes handled when the entrant count is not a power of two. Regenerate without redrawing.
Room ID and password pushed to each player by notification and email before their match, per round. No more pasting into group chats.
Recorded against the bracket, with every action logged. When a result is questioned you have something to show, not a memory of what someone said.
A group for each event, with moderation and blocking. Announcements reach entrants without you maintaining a separate Discord for every bracket.
Invite handlers, moderators and casters. Give each of them exactly what they need — a moderator who approves entries but cannot edit the tournament.
One player account, every organiser
A player on playnex has one profile, one points balance and one match history — across every organisation they compete in. When you post a tournament, it is visible to people who already have an account, a profile and a reason to care about their record. Bracket software manages your event. playnex also brings people to it.
That does not mean we take your players. They register for your tournament, under your name, and we do not market to them.
It stays your tournament
Every organisation gets its own address. Your team signs in there, sees only your events, and works under the roles you set.
yourname.org.playnex.in— where your team manages everythingplaynex.in/o/yourname— the public page you put in your bio- Your logo, cover art and colours on both

The questions you’re about to ask
Do you take our players?
No. They register for your tournament, under your name. We do not market to your entrants or invite them to anyone else's events.
Is this real-money gaming?
No. There is no cash entry and no cash payout. Prizes are points and sponsor products, which places playnex outside the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025.
What happens if we stop?
Export your tournaments, entrants and results, and go. Monthly rolling, no lock-in and no notice period.
Who handles disputes?
You do — you know your community and your rules. playnex gives you the evidence trail: who registered when, what was recorded, and who changed it.
Do we need a developer to set this up?
No. There is no integration, no API keys and no data migration. We create your organisation, you sign in at your own address and create a tournament.
How is this different from a free bracket tool?
Free tools stop at the bracket and hand the rest back to you. playnex covers the whole event — registration, room credentials, chat, results and your team's permissions — and your tournament is listed to players who already have a playnex account.
Running something specific?
Run one with us.
Free. Your next bracket, on playnex, with us on call. If it doesn’t save you time, you’ve lost nothing and we’ve learned something.
