BGMI organisers
Built for Classic, not for brackets.
Squads in a lobby, several matches, a points table — the format you actually run. Lobbies drawn in one click, room details pushed to every player, and standings that update the moment you enter a result.
A scrim night, end to end
Whether it is a T3 scrim for twenty teams or a four-stage qualifier, the shape is the same — only the number of stages changes.
01
Post the scrim
Squad TPP, map rotation, slot count, entry rules, both deadlines. Players find it in the app and register themselves — no form, no spreadsheet.
02
Approve the roster
Entries land in one screen. Approve, reject or refund from there. Your moderator can do this without being able to change the tournament itself.
03
Draw the lobbies
One click assigns every team to a lobby and a slot. Snake seeding spreads the strongest across lobbies instead of stacking one; random draws record their seed so you can prove the draw was not fixed.
04
Open the rooms
Paste the room ID and password once per match. Every player in that lobby gets it pushed to their phone — no DMs, no 'what's the room?' for ten minutes.
05
Enter results, read the table
Placement and kills per team. Points, standings and tiebreakers update instantly, and whoever qualifies carries into the next stage automatically.
What we don’t do
We do not read your result screenshots. Some tools extract placement and kills from end-of-match screenshots automatically. playnex does not — you enter the result. If that is the step costing you the most time, say so and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right tool yet.
We do not create custom rooms. That needs a room card inside BGMI and there is no way around it.
We do not handle cash entry or cash prizes. Entry and prizes are points and sponsor products, which keeps playnex outside the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025. If your event pays cash, playnex is not the platform for it.
No broadcast overlays or Krafton roster export yet. If you stream with live OBS standings, or need your roster exported in Krafton’s format for official certification, those are not built. Tell us if they are what stands between you and using this — we would rather hear it now than after you have set an event up.
Questions BGMI organisers ask
Does playnex create the custom room for me?
No. You create the custom room in BGMI with your room card, exactly as you do now — that is inside Krafton's game and no third party can do it for you. What playnex does is take the room ID and password you paste in once and deliver it to every player in that match, by push notification and email, at the time the match opens.
Can I run weekly scrims rather than a knockout bracket?
Yes, and that is the default. A scrim night is one stage: teams share a lobby, play a set number of matches, and a cumulative points table decides the night. Reuse the same settings every week — registration, slot assignment, room credentials and results work identically whether it is a T3 scrim for twenty teams or a multi-stage qualifier.
How are kill points handled?
You configure them. The default is the BGIS 2026 table — 10 points for a WWCD, 6 for second, nothing from ninth down, and 1 point per kill — and you can change every value, or build your own profile and reuse it across events. Tiebreakers are an ordered chain you set yourself: most WWCDs, then kills, then best single placement, and so on. Standings recalculate the moment you enter a result.
How many teams fit in a lobby, and what if I have more?
Set the slot count per lobby — 25 for a full Classic lobby. If more teams register than fit, playnex splits them across as many lobbies as needed and can seed them snake-style so the strongest are spread out rather than stacked into one group. Set how many advance from each lobby and it carries them into the next stage for you.
Do players need to install anything?
They need the playnex app to receive room credentials and to see the bracket. It is free, and a player who already competes elsewhere on playnex is already installed.
What if a player does not show up to the room?
A player who has not appeared within 10 minutes of the room opening forfeits that match and their opponent advances. The forfeit is recorded, so the decision is documented rather than remembered.

Bring your next BGMI bracket to playnex and we will sit with you through it. No card, no commitment.
