How do I join a tournament on playnex?
Create a player profile, pick a tournament from the Tournaments page and register before the check-in window closes. Free tournaments need no points; paid ones deduct the entry fee from your points balance at registration.
What format are the tournaments?
Two, and each tournament page says which before you register. Battle royale puts your whole lobby — usually 16 to 25 squads — in the same matches, several times over, and ranks everyone on a points table built from placement and kills; one bad match does not knock you out. Single elimination is head to head, where losing once ends your run.
Do I need to pay real money to compete?
No. Most playnex tournaments are free to enter. Paid ones use points you earn by playing matches and hitting milestones, not cash.
How do points work?
You earn points for playing matches, winning them and completing milestones. Points determine your leaderboard rank and can be redeemed for gear in the Marketplace or used as tournament entry.
When do I get the room ID and password?
Match credentials are pushed to registered players by notification and email shortly before the match begins. Check in before the deadline or your slot is released.
How are prizes delivered?
Points land in your balance automatically once results are confirmed. Physical prizes are claimed from the Milestones screen and shipped to the address you provide.
Which games are supported?
BGMI, Free Fire and COD Mobile, with more titles added to the catalog over time. The battle-royale format works for any of them — placement and kill scoring is configured per tournament rather than built for one title.
Who runs the tournament I am entering?
Either playnex or an independent organiser hosting on playnex — a gaming club, a college society or an esports org. The tournament page names them. They set the rules, scoring and schedule for their event and make the calls during it; playnex provides the platform and keeps the record of what happened.
What happens if a match is disputed?
Raise it with whoever is running the tournament first, before the next match or round starts — they can re-score it, and every action taken on the event is logged. If you believe the platform's rules have been broken, report it through Support with your match ID and screenshots and our team will review it.
